All items that are returned will need to be in new condition and in the original box. PDParts.com will not refund any payment for a part that has been installed or altered. PDParts.com will refund the payment, less actual outgoing shipping cost. Parts/Items can not be returned after 15 days. Customer is responsible for making sure the parts will work on their car before purchasing. Customer must contact us for return authorization for parts to be accepted. Parts that are returned in less than new condition will not be accepted by the shipping dept. Items returned are subject to a 20% restocking fee. PDParts.com is not responsible for any labor costs, which occur as the result of the installation of wrong or defective parts. All body parts must be pre-fitted before painting. Returns will not be accepted for any: Touch Up Paint, or paint related items. Because of the nature of these products, individual results will vary depending on the user's ability and circumstances of the environment.
