               PDParts.com shipping and insurance are pre-calculated for each item we sell. We use
               an averaging system to get you a low shipping rate.

               Most of our orders ship from our east coat facility. We use a variety of mail carriers to deliver
               your item in a timely fashion.

               Some of our body parts are made to order. Since we do our own in house manufacturing, we
               typically ship orders out within 48 hours. Once your item has been shipped you will be notified
               via email with a tracking number, and whom the item was shipped by.

               Shipping to Alaska, HI is an additional charge. International orders outside USA, please contact
               us first for a shipping quote.
 
               We try to list average time for each product to ship on our site. These are only estimates and not
               guaranteed.

              Any item that is on back order will ship a.s.a.p., we do our to contact to you in these cases.

              Pre Painted parts usually take 5-10 business days to ship out. PA residents add 7.0% sales tax.

                   All items that are returned will need to be in new condition and in the original box.

               PDParts.com will not refund any payment for a part that has been installed or altered.

               PDParts.com will refund the payment, less actual outgoing shipping cost. Parts/Items can not be
               returned after 15 days. Customer is responsible for making sure the parts will work on their car
               before purchasing.

               Customer must contact us for return authorization for parts to be accepted. Parts that are
               returned in less than new condition will not be accepted by the shipping dept.

               Items returned are subject to a 20% restocking fee. If you have any questions about any of our
               policies please feel free to contact us, immediate answers to your questions are available via
               our live technical support which can be found on the right side of this page.

               PDParts.com is not responsible for any labor costs, which occur as the result of the
               installation of wrong or defective parts. All body parts must be pre-fitted before painting.

               Returns will not be accepted for any: Touch Up Paint, or paint related items.
Because of the
               nature of these products, individual results will vary depending on the user's ability and
               circumstances of the environment.
